Long lasting -- reusable
Hot Pak: Microwave for 2-3 minutes Stays very warm 30 - 60 minutes, warm to touch 1 1/2 hrs.
Cold Pak: Place Pak in a plastic bag and then in the freezer for 30 minutes to one hour. Remove from plastic bag before using.

Made in Oregon. Hot/Cold pak filling is all natural material. Cover materials vary.
